APARTAMENTS
INTERNAL RULES
These rules determine the conditions of the accommodation, the rights and obligations of the guests at "Erta Namai", Ramybės st. 14 - 50, Anykščiai. Every person who registers for an apartment is aware of these rules and is committed to complying with these rules and is required to familiarize and ensure that those who come with them abide by them.
ACCOMMODATION

Apartment reservation can be made by phone, email or other sales channels. Apartment reservation is considered to have taken place only after full payment has been received for the reservation period

Arrival to the apartment is possible from 3 PM, departure till 11 AM. If possible and subject to prior arrangement, another arrival/departure time is possible.

We have the right to kick out any person whose behavior is unsafe or inappropriate, may endanger others or the safe keeping of property, does not conform to the concept of apartments, is contrary to good morals and other norms of public behavior and public order.
GUEST DUTIES

The guests of the apartments must observe order, good morals, norms of behavior accepted by the society, shall not violate the rights of employees and other guests of the apartments by their actions and behavior and shall not disturb public order. If necessary we have the right to call the police and (or) security services.

It is sole responsibility of the registered guest for the conduct, safety and compliance with these rules of all persons residing in the apartment.

For your own safety, we ask that only registered guests sleep in the apartment.

Guests are required to pay for all actual occupants of the apartment.

Please use electrical appliances for their intended purpose.

In the event of any malfunction of the equipment, property damage, etc. Guest are required to report it immediately (within 1 hour). It is forbidden to use it in case of malfunction of equipment or other inventory. We are NOT responsible for any damage caused to guests or other people by the use of defective devices, equipment or other defective number inventory.

During the night (from 10PM to 8AM) guests are required to remain silent. Please respect the neighbors.

Guests are required to compensate the damage caused to the property by their actions in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. The adult who is registered in the apartment is responsible for the compensation of caused damage. If necessary we have the right to call the police and (or) security services.

When leaving the apartment, guests must switch off the electrical appliances from outlets, close windows and make sure that no running water is left in the room. Do not carry the key with you. We will charge a fee of 50 EUR for the production of key upon removal or loss of the key.
IT IS FORBIDDEN TO

Smoke inside the apartment (including balcony). Indoor smoking is subject to a fine of 80 EUR.

Take towels, blankets, bedding or other inventory from the apartment.

Arbitrarily use extra bedding or towels. There us an additional fee of 30 EUR.

Although we love pets but with respect for our future clients who may be allergic we do not accept pets. Failure to do so will result in a fine of 60 EUR.

The apartments are for rest and overnight use only. It is strictly forbidden to organize any kind of party. Failure to do so will result in a fine of 200 EUR.

The guest must immediately report any loss or damage to the porperty and must compensate for any damage.
These rules are designed to give you a relaxed and safe stay. Thank you for your understating and tolerance.
After each visit to our apartment we always pay attention to the following:

all technical equipment: coffee machine, microwave, electric kettle, TV, TV remote control, lamps;

all bathroom plumbing ("Grohe", "Hansgrohe"), WC sliding door, glass wall;

decorative pillows, decorations;

curtains;
-
metal "tree of life" decoration, handmade metal clock;

kitchen partition wall, wood paneling wall;

Dishes, tools, carpets, mirrors and all other furniture;
